About the Role
We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join our team in Richmond on a Permanent, Full‐Time basis. The role supports the Branch's retail team, providing logistics support, safe receiving and dispatching of stock, and leveraging product knowledge and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by recommending Elders products and services to enhance their business growth.
* Proactively source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets.
* Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of rural products.
* Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
* Provide delivery service, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of rural products.
* Assist with storage, handling and receiving of stock, adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in sales with strong retail skills.
* Strong customer service orientation and ability to cultivate relationships.
* Technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products.
* Valid driver's license.
* Heavy rigid truck license preferred; support available to obtain one.
* Forklift license preferred; support available to obtain one.
