* Ensuring the professional construction of landscaping projects to the highest quality
* Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors
* Promote a positive site work environment
* Promptly identify, report and action all site issues

Skills
* Reasonable level of physical fitness
* Good team building ability
Knowledge
* Residential and commercial landscape construction techniques
* Building construction and horticultural practices
* Tools and machinery used in hard and soft landscaping
Experience
* Highly desirable - leading a team of labourers
* Highly desirable - commercial and residential landscape construction
Qualifications and/or Training
* Construction White Card
* Excavator and skid steer (bobcat) operator tickets
* Diploma in Landscape Construction or similar
