Job Title
We are seeking a skilled Nursing or Midwifery professional to provide high-quality care in Child and Family Health Service. This role involves delivering client-centred services, supporting staff and students, and contributing to safe, evidence-based care.
About the Job
* This is a part-time opportunity with a 0.63 FTE.
* The successful candidate will work under general supervision within multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess client needs and provide person-centred nursing/midwifery care.
* Plan and coordinate services with other disciplines and agencies.
* Support student learning, staff orientation, and preceptorship.
* Participate in quality improvement, risk minimisation, and safe work practices.
* Provide guidance to less experienced staff and support team leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Registered Nurse or Midwife with current AHPRA registration.
* Proven competence in safe, high-quality nursing/midwifery care.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
* Ability to prioritise workload and apply creativity and flexibility in care.
* Knowledge of legislation, standards, quality improvement, and client-centred care.
