Overview
Senior ServiceNow Engineer role at Australian Red Cross Lifeblood. This is a permanent, hybrid position (remote with some onsite at a Processing Centre). Melbourne location preferred but flexible for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Configure, Support and Maintain the ServiceNow Instances on behalf of Lifeblood.
* Identify areas of process improvement and automation (efficiency and effectiveness), and recommend solutions that detail pros, cons, and risks.
* Implement and deliver solutions, addressing requirements that consider process design and ServiceNow technical best practice standards.
* Ensure technical deliverables to customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time and deliver valued outcomes.
* Organise and prioritise development effort, interfacing with vendors and management, and coordinating your teams' contributions to deliverables. You will also review the work of others for quality and accuracy.
* Assist in the uplifting of staff capability through mentoring, feedback, and support of other employees.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role
* Experience in ServiceNow modules: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
* ITIL v4 foundations certification
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
