The Opportunity
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals with a strong customer focus to fill the role of a Theatre Assistant. As a Theatre Assistant, you will be working in the Operating Theatre Department with responsibilities including:
Responsibilities
* Working with and assisting clinical staff & patients.
* Ensuring theatres are set up for surgical procedures and equipment has been checked.
Qualifications
* Certificate III or Certificate IV Level in a related field.
* Minimum one (1) year experience as a Theatre Assistant or similar role.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently.
* Excellent patient and customer service focus.
* Be available for a range of shifts across a rotating roster.
Remuneration
Base hourly salary ranging from $32.14 - $36.76 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
