We are seeking an organised & proactive Branch Administrator to join our administration team in Mount Isa.
The Opportunity
* Taking and completing Customer sales calls at Branch
* Deliver admin support to your team in sales, service or tech support
* Maintain accurate databases and documentation
* Handle enquiries, quotations, invoices, purchase orders etc
* Assist with inventory, freight, reports and communications
* Coordinate services on-site or off-site
About You – Essential
* Competence with Microsoft Office applications
* Customer service focus
* Reliable and a team player
* Time management skills
* Clear communicator both written and verbal
* Current work rights in Australia
About You – Preferred
* Experience in mining, agriculture, manufacturing or logistics
* SAP experience or exposure
