We are seeking a highly motivated lawyer to join our busy Property Law team. As an Associate-level professional, you will have the opportunity to work directly under the guidance of an Accredited Specialist in Property Law, gaining exposure to a wide range of transactions and development work.

Key Responsibilities:
* Residential and commercial property transactions across Queensland
* Property developments, including off-the-plan projects and subdivisions
* Leasing and licensing arrangements
* Corporate and commercial transactions connected to property
* Advising clients across a range of industries on structuring, due diligence, and contracts
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2–5 years post-admission experience in property law (some commercial law experience will be highly regarded)
* Strong technical skills, with an interest in developing specialist expertise
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive approach to client service and matter management
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
