About the Role
* Lead fundraising strategy across major gifts, grants, appeals, community, corporate, bequests and retail
* Drive sustainable income growth and strengthen donor engagement
* Partner with internal leaders and external supporters to maximise philanthropic impact
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and refine the fundraising strategy
* Grow income across major gifts, appeals, grants and partnerships
* Lead donor stewardship, engagement and retention
* Oversee grants (trusts/foundations) and bequests
* Support community fundraising and corporate partners
* Report on performance, KPIs and opportunities
* Own CRM, donor data and fundraising systems
* Provide oversight of retail fundraising operations
About You
* Leadership experience across multi‐stream fundraising
* Revenue growth track record and target achievement
* Strong donor, partner and stakeholder engagement skills
* Grants, appeals, donor program experience and CRM capability
* Clear communicator with strong planning and organisation
* Collaborative leader who can influence across complexity
