About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is looking for dedicated and community‐minded individuals to join the Watto Purrunna Aboriginal Health Service as Administration Officers. If you are passionate about supporting high‐quality healthcare for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, this is a meaningful opportunity to be part of a service that places culture, connection and community at its heart.

Watto Purrunna operates across four locations – Elizabeth, Port Adelaide, Dudley Park and Hillcrest – providing culturally safe, holistic care. As a frontline team member, you will help ensure the smooth and welcoming operation of our clinics. Your role will include providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, assisting clients and families, liaising with stakeholders and contributing to culturally appropriate programs and services that strengthen community wellbeing.

About You:

In this role, you will bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with confidence using Windows‐based systems and the Microsoft Office suite. You maintain a high level of confidentiality, show tact and professionalism, and demonstrate initiative in busy and changing environments. Your ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage high workloads ensures you thrive in this role. You work well both independently and as part of a team, and you bring a deep understanding of cultural awareness, respect and sensitivity when supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients, families and communities.
