The Job
We are looking for a passionate and proactive person with a customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills to join our Customer Experience Team. The role involves delivering frontline customer service via phone, face‐to‐face and digital channels, responding to enquiries, receipting payments, daily reconciliations, processing applications, managing records and bookings, and preparing standard correspondence and reports. The role also requires resolving issues.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Administration or equivalent, or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through experience.
* Experience in responding to customer enquiries, receipting payments and processing and entering data.
* Demonstrated ability to provide a high standard of customer service to internal and external customers.
* Demonstrated ability to plan and organise priorities and monitor workflow.
* Demonstrated ability to prepare and produce correspondence and other corporate documents.

Conditions
* Permanent, part‐time position working 62 hours per fortnight over 4 days each week Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with a 45‐minute lunch break.
* Salary of $2,006.50 ‐ $2,258.39 per fortnight based on qualifications, skills and experience.
* 12% superannuation.
