About the role
We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support the successful delivery of a significant Information Management Uplift (EDRMS) initiative within a Queensland Government environment.
Key responsibilities
* Develop, implement and monitor change management strategies and plans to support the successful adoption of an Information Management Uplift (EDRMS) solution.
* Lead the creation and delivery of communication, engagement and training activities to support organisational change.
* Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
* Build strong relationships with senior leaders, project teams and business stakeholders to drive sponsorship and readiness.
* Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops and awareness activities.
* Monitor change readiness, adoption and benefits realisation, providing regular reporting and recommendations.
* Provide expert advice on communication and engagement approaches to support sustained change outcomes.
* Contribute to project governance activities, including maintaining change documentation, engagement plans and lessons learned.
Highly desirable criteria
* Demonstrated experience delivering change management activities for complex ICT and digital transformation initiatives.
* Experience supporting Information Management, Records Management, EDRMS or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) projects.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience influencing senior leaders and business stakeholders.
* Experience developing and delivering communication strategies, training programs and end‐user adoption activities.
* Previous experience working within Queensland Government or a similar public sector environment.
Desirable criteria
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Change Management, Business, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
* Knowledge of recognised change management frameworks and methodologies.
* Experience preparing change impact assessments, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans and readiness reports.
* Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills.
* Experience supporting organisational change across multiple business units.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly messaging.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across technical and non‐technical teams.
* Experience managing competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
* Demonstrated ability to support behavioural, process and technology change initiatives.
