Role
The Seasonal Store Associate is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth information about our products, and always operating as a brand ambassador.
Key Responsibilities
* Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.
* Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
* Providing exceptional service at shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.
* Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back of house areas.
* Replenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floor.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
* Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
* The desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.

* Monday: Opening Shift 8:00am – 4:30pm | Closing Shift 10:00am – 6:30pm
* Tuesday: Opening Shift 8:00am – 4:30pm | Closing Shift 10:00am – 6:30pm
* Wednesday: Opening Shift 8:00am – 4:30pm | Closing Shift 10:00am – 6:30pm
* Thursday: Opening Shift 8:00am – 5:00pm | Closing Shift 1:00pm – 9:30pm
* Friday: Opening Shift 8:00am – 4:30pm | Closing Shift 10:00am – 6:30pm
* Saturday: Opening Shift 8:00am – 4:30pm | Closing Shift 10:00am – 6:00pm
* Sunday: Opening Shift 10:00am – 6:00pm
