* The successful candidate will be responsible for developing operational strategies, policies, procedures and standards to support the administrative function, as well as resolving complex problems through critical analysis and action planning.
* This is an excellent opportunity to lead and manage human resources for our support staff, including recruitment, induction, training and performance management. You will also provide strategic workforce planning and solutions to routine and non-routine human resources issues.
