Due to continued growth, we're recruiting multiple roles across the team—starting with this Intermediate Accountant opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of financial statements, tax returns and IAS/BAS for all entities across various industries
* Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation
* Assisting in the development of effective tax structures and strategies
* Liaising with ATO and various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
* Stay updated on changes in relation tax legislation and other statutory matters
* Development of strategies in assisting clients achieve business and personal goals
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum two years of Australian experience with an accounting firm
* An appropriate qualification in the commerce or business field
* CPA or CA qualified or currently completing (desirable but not essential)
* Ability to quickly adapt to new software (experience using Xero, MYOB and Reckon wouldbe an advantage)
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Positive, enthusiastic, and a professional attitude
