Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for helping others? As part of our Early Help and Prevention team, our Telephone Advisers provide high-quality advice to clients across the county or a wide range of topics.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality telephone advice to clients across the county on a wide range of topics.
* Use a person-centred approach, adapting to the needs of each individual client.
* Understand written and oral information of some complexity.
* Use good numeracy skills to compile accurate financial statements and calculate benefits.
* Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
* Organise tasks, use initiative, and work effectively as part of a multi-service team.
* Maintain strong administrative skills and use a computer to maintain effective systems.
