Overview
We're seeking a polished Facilities Concierge to join a high-profile Adelaide asset. This unique dual role combines premium front‐of‐house customer experience with hands‐on facilities coordination, supporting building operations, tenants and contractors. You'll be the face of the building while also ensuring smooth, safe and efficient property performance.
Concierge & Tenant Experience
* Welcome guests, deliver exceptional customer service, coordinate site tours and tenant engagement, manage lobby presentation, and promote concierge services.
Facilities Coordination
* Assist in building services operation and maintenance, monitor contractors, support maintenance and sustainability initiatives, manage service requests, and ensure compliance with WHS and statutory requirements.
Building Operations
* Conduct inspections, maintain stakeholder relationships, support energy management, and oversee end‐of‐trip facilities and shared amenities.
About You
* Experience in concierge, front‐of‐house, facilities or property services.
* Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confident communicator with a professional presentation.
* Understanding of building services, contractors or facilities operations (desirable).
* Proactive, solutions‐focused mindset.
