We're partnering with Modibodi to appoint a commercially driven Head of eCommerce to lead the next phase of global digital growth for one of Australia's most innovative consumer brands.
Since launching in 2013, Modibodi has built a globally recognised brand at the intersection of innovation, sustainability and category disruption. With strong momentum locally and internationally, the business is now looking for an exceptional eCommerce leader who can drive performance, profitability and operational excellence across the global D2C function.
This is not a traditional digital marketing role, nor a purely strategic eCommerce position sitting above the detail.
We're looking for a true eCommerce trading leader; someone highly commercial, analytical and hands-on, who thrives in pace and knows how to turn data into decisive action quickly.
About the role
You will own the ecommerce trading rhythm end-to-end, leading daily performance across sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, merchandising, promotions, stock and margin while driving profitable growth across the broader digital ecosystem.
Key areas of focus
* Leading daily ecommerce trading performance and commercial decision making
* Using data and analytics to diagnose issues and identify growth opportunities quickly
* Owning forecasting, trading cadence, optimisation and campaign performance reviews
* Full P&L accountability across the ecommerce channel
* Driving alignment across performance media, CRM, CRO, merchandising and customer experience
* Partnering cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, Planning, Operations and Finance
* Leading and uplifting team capability within a fast-paced transformation environment
* Supporting continued international growth, including European expansion
About You
We are particularly interested in leaders from high-growth DTC businesses in fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle or consumer with deep experience across ecommerce trading, performance media, CRO, merchandising, customer journey mapping and commercial optimisation.
This role requires resilience, decisiveness and strong commercial instinct. The environment is fast-moving, ambitious and evolving, ideal for someone who enjoys complexity, operates with urgency and genuinely loves trading an ecommerce business. You will work with an exceptional leadership team and have a whole lot of fun along the way!
