EMJC Earthmoving & Plant Hire is a Western Australian, family‐owned industry leader delivering heavy haulage, equipment hire, and maintenance services across WA.
We operate a modern, well‐maintained fleet of Kenworth Trucks and Drake Trailers and pride ourselves on professionalism, safety, and doing the job properly. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Heavy Haulage Operators to join our team. Perth and FIFO positions available.

About the Role
This role is suited to an experienced heavy haulage operator who values quality equipment, structured operations, and a supportive team environment.
Multiple roster options are available and FIFO‐style arrangements. Interstate employment options are available for suitable candidates, with roster and travel arrangements discussed during the recruitment process.
You will be responsible for transporting a range of machinery and equipment across regional WA, working closely with our operations and compliance teams to ensure every job is completed safely and efficiently.
This is a long‐term, stable position with consistent work for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate 50T and 100T floats and associated heavy haulage equipment
* Load, restrain, transport, and unload machinery safely and correctly
* Complete regional WA heavy haulage movements
* Manage journeys including permits, pilots, and site requirements
* Maintain full compliance with fatigue management, WHS, and road transport legislation
* Accurately complete documentation including pre‐starts, timesheets, and consignment notes
* Conduct minor checks and identify maintenance issues when required
What You'll Bring
* MC License with minimum 2 years' proven heavy haulage experience
* Demonstrated experience in oversize and over mass transport
* Strong understanding of permits, route planning, and fatigue complianceSound knowledge of Western Australian roads and conditions
* Professional attitude with a strong safety focus
* Reliable, self‐motivated, and able to work as part of a close‐knit team
(Applicants without relevant heavy haulage experience will not be considered.)
