The opportunity

As a newly created position within our structure, the Property & Facilities Management team are looking for a passionate administrator to join their team as Property and Facilities Support officer.

PSC's Property & Facilities Management team look after a strong portfolio of commercial properties, and contracts for both commercial and community facilities.

Your role as Property & Facilities Management team plays a key role in providing a strong support service to our team through the coordination of daily work tasks, assisting with record keeping, maintaining our property databases, invoicing and bond processing.

With our team also managing community-based contracts, your role will also provide support to our volunteer managed 355c Hall Committees, seeing you build and maintain relationships with tenants, contractors, service providers, and volunteers.

* This is a permanent opportunity – working full-time 35 hours / week + access to a flexible working arrangement
* Base Salary Range: $67,627 to $74,612 pa based on 35 hours / week + 12% superannuation + $2,464 retention allowance
* You will be working from PSC Administration Building, Raymond Terrace

* A Certificate III in Administration, Property or equivalent and/or studying in a relevant field and/or sound proven experience in a similar role
* Well-developed Microsoft Office Suite skills at an intermediate level
* Demonstrated well-developed written and oral communication skills
* Ability to interact with all levels of staff and members of the community
