The Role
You'll work alongside our lawyers and conveyancing team to:
* Manage residential and commercial conveyancing matters from start to finish.
* Liaise with clients, agents, and other professionals with clarity and confidence.
* Use Actionstep and digital workflows to keep matters efficient and client-friendly (training provided).
* Spot risks early and guide clients with a preventative approach.
* Be part of a collaborative, supportive team who share knowledge and celebrate wins together.
About You
You'll thrive with us if you:
* Have 3+ years conveyancing experience (licence preferred but not essential).
* Are detail-oriented but approachable, and able to explain things in plain English.
* Enjoy building long-term client relationships.
* Embrace technology and modern systems.
