Base pay range
A$180,000.00/yr - A$220,000.00/yr
This well established and highly respected builder, with consistent success delivering commercial, education, health, and government projects across NSW, is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a new school development in Gosford NSW.

Skills Required
* Strong site supervision experience within commercial or school projects
* Ability to manage programme and maintain correct sequence of works
* Solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements
* Capable of leading and coordinating trades on a daily basis
* Able to read drawings, pick up errors, and communicate information clearly
* Good communication and site reporting skills
Duties
* Supervise all site operations and subcontractor activities
* Manage WHS, site safety and site documentation
* Coordinate trades, deliveries, materials, logistics and site access
* Maintain programme, productivity, quality, and standards on site
* Report progress and issues to the Project Manager
* Work with the team to deliver the project on time and to specification
