About the Role
Our client, located in Ravenhall, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Associate to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a quality professional with experience in the pharmaceutical, complementary health or regulated medical device industry who is passionate about compliance, continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality standards.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will support Quality Assurance activities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to maintaining robust quality systems across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
* Assist with quality assurance activities across therapeutic and non-therapeutic products
* Participate in risk management, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
* Review quality documentation, procedures and records to ensure regulatory compliance
* Assist with investigations, deviations, CAPAs and change controls
* Collaborate with internal teams to support quality and compliance outcomes
* Contribute to audit preparation and ongoing quality improvement activities
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Science, Chemistry or Pharmacy
* Previous Quality Assurance experience within the Australian pharmaceutical medicines, complementary health or regulated medical device industry
* Understanding of regulatory requirements for therapeutic and non-therapeutic products
* Working knowledge of Quality Systems, Risk Management and Compliance frameworks
