About the Role
To support our rapid growth we are seeking an experienced Client Solutions Manager with construction industry experience, focused on supporting project information management solutions. Placed within the account management and business development team based in our Melbourne head office, the key duties of this role include:
* Consulting with clients and assessing their use of the system in line with their project information management requirements.
* Understanding how clients conduct their business and projects and how the system can increase team efficiency by providing streamlined processes and reports.
* Communicating effectively with Project Managers and decision‐makers on construction projects.
* Delivering tailored demonstrations that convey the benefits of the solution most aligned with the client's requirements.
* Supporting BDMs to manage day‐to‐day client relations and understand the benefits of the solution that is implemented.
* Identifying and analysing issues and driving forward their resolution.
* Enhancing the client's experience and establishing ways to exceed delivery expectations.
* Assisting BDMs in the sales process.
Manage allocated Client Accounts to allow for repeat business and bring experience from within the project back into the sales process.
Qualifications
* Solid experience in the construction industry.
* A go‐getter who is passionate about delivering solutions to clients and respecting timely resolution of issues.
* An interest in software and presenting its benefits to clients.
* Excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate at all levels.
* A self‐starter, motivated and tenacious in building relationships and pursuing opportunities.
