* You will provide strategic guidance on employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
* You will interpret and advise on relevant industrial legislation, including applicable agreements and awards.
* You will collaborate with leaders to enhance the employee experience and foster a positive, results-driven culture.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. You will also need to possess strong computer skills and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
