About The Role
C.ex Group are looking for a Qualified Full Time Chef to join our BOH catering team.
You will be required to work in a fast paced high volume commercial kitchen across a variety of catering options.
Your key focus will be contributing to an efficient, innovative and excellent dining experience for our members, guests and visitors.
Duties / Responsibilities Include
* Working cooperatively in a team environment
* Daily preparation of food which may include any of our restaurants or special functions
* Displaying a Can Do attitude
* Maintaining respectful relationships with your colleagues.
* Contributing positively towards C.ex culture & goals
* Available to work nights, weekends and split shifts.
* Adherence to all C.ex standards, policies and procedures including compliance with WH&S and legal obligations
* Working closely with our Head and Sous Chefs to contribute to the design of new menus.
Salary range: $75,000 – $80,000 depending on experience.
