As part of the Bunzl group, Beaver Brands is a manufacturing, import and wholesale business. We specialise in the provision of reputable, quality, and innovative branded products. Our customer base is made up of B2B and retail Safety, Industrial/Trade, Hardware, and Workwear Resellers.
YOUR ROLE
Are you an ambitious pro‐active individual looking for a role that will allow you to develop your territory and look after a broad customer base? We are currently seeking an Account manager to join our team at Beaver Brands. This is an external Account Manager role dealing with our reseller customers across Victoria. You will be calling on our diverse range of resellers, promoting our brands, discussing stock requirements, helping with ranging and generally driving growth of our products through their businesses. You will report directly to the National Sales Manager, working primarily on the road visiting our customer's stores.
Your main responsibility will be:
* Responsible for the sales revenue and margin targets within allocated territory
* Responsible for the growth of existing accounts
* Develop and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
* Develop full understanding of customer's and prospect's current products, and future needs.
* Manage call cycle ensuring regular in person visits & complimentary remote contact with customers are completed.
* Maintain CRM or relevant system with required customer visits and opportunities.
ABOUT YOU
You'll have that same entrepreneurial spirit that we live and breathe here at Bunzl, and the ability to influence and negotiate with our customers. You must possess an understanding of selling products in reseller/wholesale/distribution environment, and organisational and communication skills to interact effectively with all areas of the business, build rapport, and deliver great outcomes.
* Full clean Australian Driver's license.
* Highly motivated, pro‐active and self‐starting individual.
* Able to succeed unsupervised.
* Able to travel for work.
* Experience with field sales is preferred.
