Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Property Officer to join our team for a temporary assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property and corporate services matters, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and providing advice on a range of matters.
About the Role
* Manage property and corporate services related enquiries and issues from staff members.
* Contribute towards team planning, task assignment, and monitoring activities that support delivery and completion of work.
* Monitor levels of stationery and consumables within a portfolio of locations and ensure sufficient stocks are ordered and delivered to sites.
* Develop and maintain carpark ballots and fleet vehicles.
* Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures that support the activities of the team, including resolving or escalating emerging issues.
* Support NDIA staff on fleet, mail, and other corporate operations matters.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a property management role.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to communicate and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries.
* Be located in or near Newcastle Office and able to attend in-office at least 4 days per week.
Benefits
* Casual 12 months Temporary Assignment.
* Full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
* $55.24 per hour + super.
* Newcastle, NSW location.
