A unique opportunity exists for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Centre Management team based at Pacific Epping Shopping Centre. Working within a friendly and collaborative environment, this role is ideal for a hands‐on marketer who enjoys digital channels, social media and content-driven campaigns, and is looking to make an immediate impact.
What You'll Be Doing
* Support the delivery of the centres' marketing programs, with a strong focus on social media, website and digital channels.
* Assist in the day‐to‐day management of social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, community monitoring and engagement.
* Gather and coordinate content from retailers and the centre teams for use across social, website and EDM/database communications.
* Update and maintain the centre websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and current.
* Assist with the development, maintenance and use of the centres' retailer and customer database.
* Track and assist in analysing digital and social performance, providing insights to inform future activity.
* Retailer liaison and relationship building to achieve Centre objectives.
* Assisting with campaign planning and delivery including communications, activation management and debriefing.
* Assisting in financial management of the marketing budget.
* Provide general marketing and administrative support to ensure campaigns and communications are delivered smoothly.
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or digital‐focused role (shopping centre, destination or retail experience is advantageous but not essential)
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or working towards)
* Strong written communication skills and a natural eye for detail
* Confidence managing social media and digital platforms, with a good understanding of content and audience engagement
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to follow direction
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks and deadlines
