We are committed to excellence in education so that our students are well known, well loved, and well taught by dedicated trained Christian staff. We have 14 schools across five states and are the largest non-government Distance Education provider in Australia.
Our School:
We have a school located at Benalla, which is two hours north of Melbourne. It is a P-10, co-ed, Christian school with a growing student population. We cater for students from Prep to Year 10 and plan to add secondary year groups each year until we become a P-12 school by 2026.

Responsibilities:
1. You will work with students and families to implement Individual Educational Plans (IEPs).
2. Demonstrate commitment to catering for diverse learning needs.
3. Provide one-on-one and small group interventions.
4. Keep up-to-date National Child Protection and Safeguarding Framework documentation.
5. Plan and implement teaching programs or courses of study.
6. Hold content knowledge and pedagogical practice to meet the diverse needs of all students.
7. Commit to improving professional practice through coaching and professional development.
8. Create a child-safe environment according to the child-safe standards.
9. Participate in child safety and wellbeing induction and training provided by the school.
10. Act according to our Child Safety Code of Conduct.
11. Identify and raise concerns about child safety issues in accordance with our Child Safety Responding and Reporting Obligations Policy and Procedures.
12. Ensure students' views are taken seriously and their voices are heard about decisions affecting their lives.
13. Model and promote the vision and values of the school.
14. Teach an area of the curriculum to senior year levels.
15. Maintain records of class attendance and record student progress.
16. Implement effective student management consistent with the school's strategic plan.
17. Attend and participate in staff meetings as required.
18. Be actively involved in regular staff devotions and prayer.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Evidence of the right to work in Australia.
* Proof of identity.
* Recognised teaching qualification.
* Cleared Working with Children Check (where applicable).
* Registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
* Statements of service from previous child-connected roles.
* References from previous child-connected roles.
