About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have experience in trade letting and cost management, as well as proficiency in managing procurement and contracts.
In this role, you will work closely with an experienced Project Manager across all aspects of project delivery, including programming, coordination, and site delivery milestones. You will be responsible for handling RFIs, variations, and cost tracking, and will liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.
You will also conduct site inspections and assist with resolving on-site issues, as well as support cash flow forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities:

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Local Australian construction experience
* A relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, Engineering, etc.)
* Experience as a Contracts Administrator or Project Engineer with a residential builder
* Proven experience delivering new build residential projects valued up to $50M
