We''re partnering with a high-impact government agency to find a motivated APS5 Program Coordinator to support a major technology transformation program. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on meaningful projects that improve service delivery for thousands of Australians.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of program strategies.
- Provide high-level coordination and administrative support across multiple workstreams.
- Maintain reports, risk registers, and issue logs with accuracy and insight.
- Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and manage the team''s Kanban board.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure program documentation and processes are well maintained.
What We''re Looking For
- 4-6 years'' experience in a similar coordination or project support role.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative capability.
- Hands-on experience in program/project management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Bonus Skills
- Experience in PMO, business administration, or project environments.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.
- A growth mindset and openness to new tools and ways of working.
- Passion for accessible design and inclusive practices.
