Provide effective leadership and mentoring to team members with a client-focused approach.
Develop and implement organisational Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) strategies, projects and service management improvements with a focus on customer service to a varied range of client stakeholders and vendors to meet the service delivery requirements.
The role contributes to the objectives of the Helpdesk team and is responsible for high-level client support functions for a range of bespoke and Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) solutions in an emergency services environment.
Project work related to the support of applicable systems may also be required.

Duties
