About the role
Showroom Sales Consultant – Waverley. Support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
Day to day
* Greeting and welcoming customers in person and over the phone.
* Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products.
* Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone.
* Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life.
* Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships.
* Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely.
What we're looking for
* Previous retail sales or customer service experience and enjoys building relationships and helping customers.
* Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow.
* Comfortable with a computer and happy to learn new systems.
* Open to working various shifts, including weekends.
* Wants to develop their career – locally, within the network or head office.
