Your Duties
This role will see you working alongside the Director, and providing crucial support in all areas of property sales. Day to day will include:
- Assisting to get properties online once listed
- Marketing & advertising coordination
- Buyer management and attending to enquiries
- Attending Open Homes and database management
- Administrative tasks such as drafting documents, forwarding contracts
- Daily reporting
Specific requirements
Our client is very open on experience and background, but you will be able to demonstrate that you have the following:
- Strong administrative ability and good attention to detail
- A current Real Estate License or Certificate (or willing to gain)
- A car and drivers licence
