Join our team as a Commercial Administrator and provide support to our joint venture operations and the finance and accounts teams. This role is full‐time and based at our Support Services office in Wayville.

Responsibilities

* Assist with month‐end processes and reconciliations.
* Prepare and process quotes and invoices.
* Maintain accurate commercial and administrative records.
* Support the commercial team with ad‐hoc requirements.

Qualifications

* Tertiary qualification related to the commercial field.
* Previous administrative experience (highly desirable).
* Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
* Time‐management and organisational skills.
* Effective internal and external communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.
