Job Title: Fire Safety Compliance Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Fire Safety Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' fire safety obligations are met.
Your primary focus will be on conducting fire safety assessments, developing and implementing compliance plans, and providing expert advice to clients.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive fire safety assessments in accordance with FPAS requirements.
* Develop and implement compliance plans to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
* Provide expert advice to clients on fire safety matters.
* Liaise with building owners, facility managers, fire safety contractors, and certifying authorities.
* Lead and mentor a small compliance team to ensure quality and consistency across all assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* FPAS Accredited Practitioner (Fire Safety Assessor) certification.
* Proven experience managing compliance schedules and client portfolios.
* Excellent communication and report writing skills.
* A Full NSW Driver's License.
