About the Role
The role of Depot Supervisor manages day-to-day operations including culture, ensuring a team environment is developed through positive and supportive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure a healthy and safe workplace for all employees
* Guide, influence, and inspire others toward achieving common goals
* Administer fatigue management strategies
* Prioritize tasks, multi-task, and follow through on required actions
Requirements:
* Knowledge of the Coach, Freight, and Transport Industry (desirable)
* Leadership experience with the ability to guide, influence, and inspire others
* Experience in administrative, logistics, or transport roles
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office and company systems)
Person Requirements:
* A motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about relationship building
* Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow through on required actions
