Your Role An opportunity is now available for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join the team at Regency Park on a full-time basis. Working closely with customers and the workshop team, you will assist with parts enquiries, sales and order processing while delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: Handling parts enquiries and sales Processing orders accurately and efficiently Preparing quotations for parts supply Supporting workshop operations with parts advice and product knowledge Promoting and upselling products where appropriate Maintaining accurate inventory records and systems Following workplace health and safety procedures Participating in a rotating Saturday morning roster. About You Working closely with customers and the workshop team, you will provide parts support and assistance across phone, counter sales and internal enquiries. You will utilise your mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to deliver accurate advice, process orders efficiently and build strong relationships with customers. Key responsibilities include: Previous Parts Interpreter experience, ideally within the heavy vehicle industry Strong customer service and communication skills Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Experience using parts inventory systems Current driver’s licence Forklift licence and Parts Interpreting qualifications highly regarded Other Details This is a full-time position based at Regency Park offering above award wages, career development opportunities and corporate discounts through the CMV Group.
