Where you'll make an impact Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally across multiple service areas Assist if required within our gaming lounge, including pokies, TAB, and Keno Process transactions accurately and handle cash securely Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment at all times Deliver friendly, engaging service that reflects Hamilton Island's signature hospitality What we're looking for Proven experience in bar and gaming operations (pokies, TAB, and Keno essential) Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificates (essential) Exceptional customer service and communication skills A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings Open driver's licence preferred About Hamilton Island Our mission is to share the wonder of Hamilton Island with the world by creating wonder-filled experiences for our guests, employees and community.
