What You'll Be Doing
* Greeting and assisting passengers at security checkpoints
* Providing respectful and professional screening
* Helping manage passenger flow with calm and clarity
* Working within clear safety and security procedures
* Being the reassuring face of airport security for thousands of travellers
Who We're Looking For
* Male and female-identifying individuals (to ensure respectful screening for all passengers)
* Great communicators who enjoy helping people
* Customer service experience is welcome — but not required
* Interested in aviation, safety, or security? This is your stepping stone
* Willing to complete Certificate II in Transport Security Protection
What You Need
* Full working rights in Australia
* Ability to pass a drug screening, medical check, and criminal history check (ASIC eligibility)
* Unrestricted driver's licence and reliable transport
* Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster (part-time)
* A professional, responsible attitude – and a passion for learning
Training & Development

* Only $1300 for a Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (normally $2,000)
* Hands‐on learning with on‐site practical experience at Brisbane Airport
