Exciting opportunities within top 4 bank!
Seeking experienced customer service consultants to join their adaptable and diverse team based out of their Kogarah offices. The main purpose of this role is to support the mortgage centre with customer enquiries in relation to the progression of building loans.
To be successful in this role you will need to have strong communication skills and be confident in managing calls end to end from brokers, builders and internal stakeholders. This is a long term role however initially starts on a contract basis for 6 months, you will need to demonstrate strong computer skills and have the ability to adapt well to new surroundings.
**Requirements**:
- Answer large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Investigate and problem solve into progression of loans
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure enquiries are met
- Manage escalations from brokers, builders
Experience required:
- You will have worked within Customer service/contact centre roles before
- Ideally will have a strong interest within banking
- Have a confident, polite telephone manner and will have demonstrated handling large volumes of enquiries in the past
