About the Role
SA Power Networks is seeking an experienced Senior Fibre Designer to join our Fibre Design team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing sound technical advice and expertise, as well as coordinate the design of fibre and copper infrastructure for the Operational Telecommunications Network (OTN), ensuring safety, performance, and compliance. You will lead & support the Fibre Design team, review designs, analyse commissioning results and asset records, and drive improvements to design standards for successful implementation and network integrity.

About you
Your skills and experience will include:
Advanced Diploma in Engineering
Significant experience in fibre optic network design, with team leadership experience.
8 years of experience in relevant field (preferred)
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Class C drivers’ licence
