* Build trust and respect with the victim or witness and their family.
* Educate and inform victims and witnesses about the legal and court process.
* Maintain appropriate contact with the victim or witness from the initial referral until the court matter is finalised.
* Prepare the victim or witness so they know what to expect before each key stage.
* Offer reassurance, empathy and understanding.
* Be respectful, professional, courteous and act in accordance with PACT's values and ethics.
* Remain impartial and independent.
* Understand, apply and keep within the boundaries of your role.
* Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all situations, matters and issues related to PACT activities.
* Ensure case files and activities are kept up to date in a timely manner through comPACT.

* Regular - more than 6 months
* Days: Weekdays
* Times: Mornings, Afternoons
* Various hours during business (Court) hours.
