Customer Service Officer – Shine Aviation Services
Geraldton, WA | Full Time | 37.5 hrs/week
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
* Handle bookings, passenger check-ins, flight manifests, and documentation
* Complete accurate data entry and maintain records
* Follow company procedures and aviation operational requirements
* Work closely with pilots, instructors, clients, and team members
