About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their paid media career who is eager to learn, grow and build hands‐on experience across Meta, TikTok and other digital advertising platforms.
You'll work closely with our Paid Ads Specialist to assist with campaign setup, optimisation, reporting and creative testing across a range of well‐known brands.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, proactive, organised, and genuinely passionate about social media advertising and digital culture.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the setup and management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other platforms
* Monitoring campaign performance and helping optimise towards client KPIs
* Supporting reporting and analysis across campaign activity
* Assisting with audience research, competitor analysis and creative insights
* Collaborating with our creative and account management teams to develop high‐performing ad creative
* Helping identify trends, platform updates and new opportunities
* Supporting campaign QA, tracking and account organisation
* Contributing ideas during brainstorming and strategy sessions
What We're Looking For
* Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good written and verbal communication
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Passion for social media, advertising and digital trends
* Analytical mindset with an interest in performance marketing
