My Supports is an organisation led by people with firsthand experience in disability. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll join a vibrant local Neighbourhood Team with a close-knit group of fellow support workers, all led by an experienced Team Leader.
Our Team Leaders offer day-to-day support and guidance, collaborating with you to understand our clients' needs. This approach helps us deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports.
Our client
is seeking a female Support worker in the Gosford area who is available for 3 shifts per week.
About You
We are looking for people with apassion for making a difference ,regardless of experience. You will bring:
- An enthusiastic and friendly outlook.

- Strong listening and communication skills, along with patience.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills.
- The ability to maintain transparent professional boundaries.
- Experience with personal care or challenging behaviours is beneficial but not required. We encourage individuals with lived experience or a desire to make a positive impact to apply.

- Higher than award rates –A two‑hour shift attracts an average $38.00 – $39.26 rate per hour and we pay a higher sleepover shift allowance too!
- Additional Earnings : Kilometre reimbursement, shift penalties for afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
