Supplier Lifecycle Analyst
Location: Negotiable across NSW (subject to campus availability)
Type: Temporary Full Time until 30 June 2027
Salary: $131,911 – $142,056 per annum (includes base salary $116,219 – $125,157, employer superannuation & annual leave loading)
About the role
This position is responsible for working across the supplier lifecycle phase to support and investigate business requirements, problems and opportunities to ensure that as business demand changes, services can adapt and respond to changing needs.
In this role you will assist in undertaking flexible operational and business analysis activities to support delivering all phases of supplier relationships in conjunction with key stakeholders. You will build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, acting as point of liaison between customers, suppliers, cross‐functional internal teams and the Digital Solutions Group Commercial Management team to ensure that all services offered enable business transformation and growth.
You will also identify, investigate and resolve problems throughout the supplier management lifecycle to support stakeholders and service owners with strategic alignment between organisational and business strategies, policies, processes and procedures.
Responsibilities & Duties
* Support end‐to‐end contract management activities, including performance monitoring, reporting and compliance reviews.
* Investigate business requirements, problems and opportunities related to supplier relationships.
* Act as the liaison between customers, suppliers, cross‐functional teams and the Digital Solutions Group Commercial Management team.
* Identify, investigate and resolve problems throughout the supplier management lifecycle.
* Support strategic alignment between organisational and business strategies, policies, processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
* Demonstrated experience supporting end‐to‐end contract management activities, including performance monitoring, reporting and compliance reviews.
* Knowledge of ICT government procurement frameworks, contract governance and supplier risk mitigation strategies.
* Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Ariba).
* Ability to interpret and apply contract terms and conditions to support resolution of supplier issues and ensure contractual obligations are met.
* Experience working in a complex, multi‐vendor environment with multiple internal stakeholders and managing competing priorities while ensuring service continuity.

* This is a child‐related position; successful candidates must hold a valid New South Wales Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to commencing.

* Eligibility: Australian citizen, permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand passport.
