About the Role:
As part of the Reporting and Insights function, you will play a pivotal role in CSBP's growth and profitability by supporting data driven decision making across the business. You will enable our teams to tackle complex problems and deliver insights through sourcing, analysing and visualing data, integrating data of varying types, sources and storage methodologies. In addition you will contribute, guide and champion strong data governance, security and data processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Work closely with stakeholders from across the business to support data and reporting needs
* Create and manage reporting for management dashboards across multiple data sources.
* Source and prepare data from multiple systems for use by the business
* Interpret data, analyse results and provide and manage ongoing reporting.
* Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, liaising with source system owners to reconcile and correct.
* Monitor data and reporting usage and ensure retirement or cleansing of any redundant artefacts.
* Create and maintain data dictionaries for developed reports and analyses.
* Build networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster knowledge sharing, collaboration and compliance with data governance standards.
About You:
You will possess:
* Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Maths, Science, Engineering or business discipline or equivalent.
* Demonstrated experience working as a Data or Business Data Analyst.
* Data visualization, strong knowledge of and experience with reporting: Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Power Query M Script
* Demonstrated experience with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or ETL frameworks.
* Technical expertise regarding data models, database design.
* Experience working with enterprise systems including SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), with a sound understanding of their data structures and reporting capabilities
* Very strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent ability to describe problems/findings to different audiences (technical, non-technical), leveraging visualisation tools effectively.
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
* Strong organisational, planning and decision making skills.
