HEAD CHEF – FULL TIME | EARP DISTILLING CO. – NEWCASTLE
We're on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen at Earp Distilling Co. – a unique venue combining a front bar, restaurant, and function space in the heart of Newcastle.
About the Role
* Full-time position (40 hours per week)
* Complete kitchen admin, including orders & rosters, and ensure proper kitchen practices are enforced
* Work closely with our management and FOH team to deliver high‐quality, creative menus that reflect our spirits and local produce
* Help shape the next chapter of our food offering, with a focus on seasonal and shared‐style dishes
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a head or senior sous role
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* A passion for working with fresh, local ingredients
* Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently for both day‐to‐day service and larger functions
* Creativity, drive, and a collaborative attitude
