Job Title: Fleet Manager - National Sales
As a key player in the sales team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of fleet strategy, acquiring new business, and building strong customer and dealer relationships to ensure sustainable growth.
About This Role:
* Developing and implementing short- and long-term fleet sales strategies to achieve annual sales and market share objectives.
* Partnering with dealers and regional managers to drive fleet business development within local markets.
* Prospecting and securing new fleet clients through direct engagement, dealer networks, and strategic partnerships.
* Managing tender and RFP submissions with compelling product value propositions tailored to client needs.
* Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that promote fleet offerings.
* Working with finance organisations to leverage leasing and finance opportunities.
* Supporting and coaching dealer fleet teams to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
* Monitoring industry trends and identifying growth opportunities across the corporate and government fleet sectors.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Business are desirable. 10+ years' experience in fleet sales, business development, or a related automotive role is required.
